Your pet's first name will be placed on the front of the tag. Choose from the list of fonts available in the product images.
At checkout, please type your pet's name, font choice, and text color in the cart notes. If a desired tag or charm color is not listed, type which tag and charm color you would like for your furbaby's tag.
If purchasing multiple tags for different pets, specify which tag will have which pet name.
